Erin is an accomplished PR and marketing professional and creative mind. Her background in psychology and research has helped her produce a strong history of integrated campaigns that generate media results and drive business leads.

Currently, Erin works as an Account Director at Walker Sands where she leads the retail technology and eCommerce practice area, focusing on the intersection of retail, marketing and technology.

With a dedicated career in B2B technology public relations, content and integrated marketing, Erin has gained a deep knowledge across industries and verticals, including the spaces of retail, eCommerce, manufacturing, CPG, product information management, financial services, SaaS, legal tech, cybercrime, marketing and cloud-based software, among others.

Prior to joining Walker Sands, Erin gained experience in writing, public relations strategy and event planning through PR positions at Edelman, The American Health Information Management Association, Loyola University’s Gannon Center for Women and Leadership, Loyola University’s Department of Programming and Bonneville International’s WKRQ radio station in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her diverse background includes a wide variety of experience, primarily in agency, B2B and technology, especially in the areas of strategy, analytics, data analysis and research, media outreach, event planning and management.

Erin graduated cum laude from Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in advertising and public relations and Bachelor of Science in social science psychology, in addition to a minor in studio art photography (film and digital). Currently, Erin is working on earning her MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.

In her free time, Erin enjoys exploring new neighborhoods on bike, distance running, eating all of the food Chicago has to offer, and singing and playing any stringed instrument she can get her hands on.
